Location was on the edge of a small village. Very tranquil. The property is old and seemed interesting but I didn't get to see much of it. Breakfast was great and much appreciated. They run a restaurant there too but it looked a bit high class for me! The host was a nice bloke and friendly

The stairs up to my room were very dark and the light was on a timer that went off before I could get into my room.

Nestled in the picturesque Italian countryside, this charming accommodation offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. The location is truly exceptional. The property, once a historic mill, exudes a delightful rustic vibe, complete with a waterfall nearby that enhances the tranquil setting. Plenty of parking places. The staff are exceptionally friendly and hospitable, making us feel warmly welcomed throughout our stay. The breakfast was a delightful addition, featuring a variety of delicious options (mortadella, toast bread, bread rolls, cream cheese, butter, fruit spread, yogurt, croissant, cake, and more) that we thoroughly enjoyed. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed the soothing sound of the mill waterfall, but be aware if you're sensitive to it. The beds were a bit on the soft side, but ultimately, it's a matter of personal preference.

Breakfast was very tasty, not only sweet (jam, yogurt, and delicious cornetti) but also savory (warm bread rolls, mortadella). Plus amazing service by the owner himself, he took care of us so well. Thank you!!!
