PATTY'S GUESTHOUSE

The location of the property is only a 15 minute walk into Parma which is great as parking is impossible in the centre. Lots of. nice local parks and cafes. It’s a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Room size is excellent and the bathroom has been modernised.

Very thin walls so quite noisy internally. The shower is quite small and the bed and pillows quite hard. Would be great to have a kettle in the room.

What a little gem in Parma. Patty is super friendly and supportive. Organized a parking for the motorcycle and gave great advice on restaurants and locals. Quite rooms and a nice neighborhood .

Good location for walking to sights in Parma. Easy to park car out on road near house. Jacobo was very helpful, pleasant and a good communicator. The bedroom and bathroom were large and excellent. Lovely windows to open up for airflow, although will hear neighbouring noise and opening closing of security gate if all rooms are occupied.

Only one bottle of water left in fridge in the common area, so with other guests in other rooms, that’s tricky. The common room could do with a kettle and basic tea coffee provisions, to be fair, that was not listed for this property. The shower needed a slightly better clean. Otherwise it was a very comfortable stay and a lovely room. Thankyou Patty and Jacobo.

The best thing about Patty's Guesthouse is the host Patty. She was kind and responsive. The room was modern, very clean, comfortable bed and I would highly recommend.
