El parking, lo vi caro teniendo en cuenta que era en el exterior

The location is great for views of the beautiful Dolomites and proximity to the small village of Merano. The flowers and property externally are very picturesque The balcony to the room was spacious, and there was plenty of wardrobe space

We recently stayed here after a 5-hour drive, and the initial lack of service was deeply disappointing. We were looking forward to a warm welcome but arrived to find an empty reception, with no staff available to greet or host us. After a tiring journey, this absence of basic arrival service was a frustrating and unacceptable start. The experience was characterised by a genuine lack of good, old-fashioned hospitality and a cold, unwelcoming atmosphere. Our interactions at breakfast were only marginally better. The atmosphere felt as though we were an imposition on the staff's routine rather than valued, paying guests. There was a clear lack of effort to provide a warm, inviting embrace throughout our stay. The accommodation internally was quite dated, and there was no fridge or tea-making facilities in the room

Sehr gute Lage, die Seilbahn war in 5 Minuten zu erreichen. Gemütliche Unterkunft mit sehr netten Gastgebern uns sauberen Zimmern. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Gemütliches Garni Hotel. Sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Gute Zimmerausstattung mit genügend Ablageflächen. Reiche Auswahl an Menüs für das Abendessen, welches immer frisch zubereitet wurde. Wir waren mit unserem Hund dort, welcher sehr willkommen und erst noch kostenfrei war! Gute und kostenlose Busverbindungen dank Gästekarte.

Lage für unsere Pläne optimal, neue Fenster sorgen für ungestörte Nachtruhe, bequeme Betten, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet, großer Parkplatz. Großes Lob an die Seniorchefin für die wunderschönen Balkonblumen und den Garten!
