LODGING 5 TERRE & PORTO LA SPEZIA

It was lovely clean and spacious. A walk away from the centre of the town and easy access to all attractions. A must do is a boat tour of all the islands.

Excellent location less than 10 minutes from the station which is ideal for getting to Cinque Terre and other destinations . Train station is well served to get around Italy. Make sure you let them know on the day what time you will arrive at the property as I missed the message from them in the morning as we were on the train so we had to wait at the property to be let in - only about 10 minutes so it wasn’t a big problem. The lady who met us and let us in could not be more helpful. The room (8) was spacious with good facilities and very clean. La Spezia is a lovely place to stay with plenty of places to eat. If you have time Porto Venere is worth a visit by boat or bus. I think I preferred it to the Cinque Terres as it’s larger and less busy and is really picturesque.

The air conditioning unit was quite noisy if used when sleeping and opening the window instead was also noisy as the street outside could get quite busy with traffic.

Very nice and welcoming staff, the room is super clean and very comfortable. Everything you need for a short stay is there. Near the train station and the center.

Everything was good. There is no outside space like a balcony or such, but it was clear from the description.
