Nothing all good

It is a gem, situated in a quiet residential neighborhood, north of the railway station. The room was very spacious with large bathroom and for the three rooms on my floor there was a common area / kitchenette with coffee & tea facilities. The owner was very friendly and attentive. The property is modern, well maintained and spotless. I can absolutely recommend this place as a base for exploring Padua or the region (ca. 12-15 minutes walk to the main station with a short direct connections e.g. to Venice for a day trip).

The place was exceptionally clean. The price was excellent. This place had the best tv and streaming service ability which was easier to access than any other place during our two week trip. The parking was easy and free. It was nice to have an elevator to haul luggage.

The towels were small. They were not soft and they felt cheap. Additionally, you are only permitted one towel per person. You get one very cheap and thin pillow per person.

The break fast is very simple, just like bread and other products read for consumption. For example, there are no fruits. The rooms are beautifully decorated.

The service leaves something desired. When I arrived, it was raining, I kept ringing the intercom for a few minutes, and nothing came from the owner. Then, I realized that he had a whats app number, which was where he got through to me. This could have been guided by the app. To get out, there is a sign at the gate that is not very visible, especially on darker days. I think this signpost should be made easier if the aim is to work without disturbing the owners. I sent a message asking if I could leave my suitcase at reception and got a reply after three hours, when I'd already worked out how to proceed.

Great place to stay in Padua. Room was very nice, simple but well decorated, with lots of space and a nice balcony. You can also make use of a full kitchen and a small garden. Owner was great, very helpful during the full stay. Very good value for money.
