Everything was perfect: a welcoming owner, quality of the apartament as well as delicious breakfast. We had a wonderdul stay :)

Der Unterkunftgeber Marco war sehr freundlich, herzlich und immer bemüht, uns Tipps zu geben oder uns mit Auto abzuholen/irgendwo hinzubringen. Die Lage des BnB ist sehr zentral und dennoch ruhig (Veranstaltungen im Zentrum hört man ein bisschen - bei geschlossenen Fenstern ist es aber recht ruhig). Das Frühstück war lecker und vor allem im L'Oasis wirklich ausgiebig. Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und die Gemeinschaftsküche praktisch. Der Strand Michele ist sehr gut erreichbar mit Hilfe eines Abholservices, den Marco organisiert. Vielen Dank Marco für den wunderbaren Aufenthalt im schönen Sirolo!!

Sirolo is a beautiful clean town and Alemar is situated in a narrow street behind the main square, where you are given vouchers to have breakfast in one of the two cafes with stunning views of the sea and surrounding area. The owner Marco is so kind and offered us lots of information

A wonderful stay in a renovated and clean room. Marco was kind, detailed and gracious. He was very helpful and showed us everything.

Marco was a great host. He was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He was always available to deal with any queries. The location was excellent being on a quiet street close to the main square. We enjoyed having breakfast at the various cafes on the square and the proximity of very good restaurants. The property had an interesting history and was beautifully restored.

It is a beautiful property. Our room was large, spacious, clean and modern. There is a lovely breakfast/kitchen area with water and coffee always available. The location is perfect. Just off the main square to be nice and quiet and yet close to everything. A coupon was offered every day for breakfast with a choice of 3 lovely places to eat. Oasi was by far our favourite. Marco is a very friendly, generous and accommodating host. He arranged free transport and a first row umbrella at San Michele beach for us for several days. I highly recommended this property.

Marco is great!

Located in the center of Sirolo, with dedicated parking. Spacious and clean room, with all the necessary accessories. Convenient common kitchen for the guests. Water and coffee are free! Marco spends time giving recommendations to everyone and making sure all is going alright. Strongly recommended!
