Extremely friendly host, nice apartment with car park and all required facilities. Great view from Balcony..

Nothing much to dislike

Very clean, functional place. There’s a little kitchen, the bathroom area is not squeezed and not giving a sense of claustrophobia. The living room is spacious enough and there’s even a dining table big enough to accommodate six to seven people! And everywhere everything is pine wood construction - just simply fabulous. Truly feels like a mountain cabin with all the frills included. The host,Marco, is absolutely warm, welcoming and very generous in his time spent in case you have questions or recommendations you are looking for. He provides the little things in the kitchen like salt pepper oil sugar tea coffee and so on. Things you dont need to worry about going to the shops first thing in the morning😀 The property has a deck that gives you a side view of the water falls which is the local attraction in this area of Chiavenna. There is a really great pizzeria just down the road from the cabin - called Pink Panther pizzeria. Really great pizzas and it is always busy there so you know it is popular with a lot if people. And finally there is a huge camping site close by to the cabin which could be a place to meet other people on holiday if you are a people person?

There’s only one thing you must be careful of: the bedroom and bathroom have very thin walls. We could hear the other guests in their own unit and so i am sure they probably could hear us too. 🙂 Parking is a little tricky. There is a dedicated space for one car and then there are some seven spaces further along the road but because it is a main road and it is Italy - the driving and parking is a little challenging 🙂 Being a cabin facing the main road you will get road noise but it dies down late into the night and the window seals are excellent in cutting out most of the noise from the road. But a very light sleeper may be feel disappointed.

Everything was fine. Marco, the host, was polite, kind and spoke English very well. Apartment was clean, modern and fully equipped.

Very nice, clean and stylish flat with small garden. Owner was very king!

Everything was ok, just airconditioning was missing. Flat is situated next road so you can not sleep very well in summer time, because you need to have open window.
