Anou Home - Guesthouse

Anou is very friendly and she helped us with everything, what we needed like airport transfer, trips, tuk tuk driver and more. Delicious breakfast a possibility to orded dinner. Not far from city center and by bike which you can rent for free, you are in center in few minutes. Definitely recommend.

We loved the spacious balcony where we could watch the sunset and sunrise. Anou was simply amazing, she is the most lovely lady who goes out of her way to make you comfortable, constantly offering water, snacks, fruit etc. She was so helpful with organising trips and even helped us purchase our SIM card. The breakfast was fabulous, so much fresh fruit, home made jam, bread and a choice of how you wanted your eggs . Anou even got up early with us on the day of our sunrise tour and gave us a packed breakfast, which was much appreciated. Our room was so spacious and really comfortable . We had the most wonderful stay here and wished we could have stayed longer. We just can't praise Anou and her house enough!!

The host is extremely helpful and does everything possible to make her guests feel comfortable. The room and facilities were the best we've had in Cambodia. Nestled in a quiet street, the guesthouse is spotlessly clean, the host makes great food (breakfast and dinner), and had good conversations. We would definitely stay here again.

Anou is the perfect hostess. I can't say enough about how kind and helpful she was. Anou went far out of her way helping me get a sim card, giving me a ride to the night market, giving me fresh mango and fruit to eat. I could go on and on. Please stay here for a wonderful experience and to support a local, woman owned business. Make sure to have at least one of her delicious home cooked dinners as well. The location was great for walking just about everywhere I wanted to go.

It's a very relaxing place to stay in a small lane away from noise and traffic. While Anou has some difficulty with English, she was really helpful with advice and arranging things like tours and laundry. The option to dine at the guesthouse was helpful. The food was delicious. It is only a US$1 tuk tuk ride into town, but we found the breakfast option helpful too. We stayed 3 nights and were made welcome from arrival to departure. The bathroom is a bit funky, but functional. The bed was very comfy. We used the free bicycles every day.

Nothing really. The lane became muddy after heavy rain but tuk tuks made it through OK. I guess it could get noisy if guests went nuts in the upstairs lounge, but everyone was quiet. Value for money is a 10.

Everything was more than perfect! The rooms, the food, the location and the whole atmosphere. 10/10!

We had an unforgettable stay at Anou’s Guesthouse - the best so far on our entire trip through Asia! The rooms are super clean, spacious and the beds comfortable. The entire house is very well maintained and the atmosphere pleasant. We felt like at home so we extended our stay. The dinner is freshly prepared by her and always incredibly delicious! Every day we were provided with a hearty breakfast, fresh fruit and cold water. She helped us organize a great guide as well as tuktuk driver for a fair price which enhanced our visits to the temple complex. The guesthouse is located on a quiet side street and with the free bikes you can reach the the city center (Old Market, Pubstreet & Co) within 4-5 minutes. At any time I had a quiet place and good internet to work - for me very important. One of the highlights is the big roof top wich offers a lot of space and a great and also quiet place to watch the sunset. Thank you dear Anou for the wonderful time at your home!

I am travelling since 4 months south east Asia and i can really say that this has been my best stay until now! The place is super clean, the room are big and with lots of lights! Anou is an angel! Really! So beautiful and kind human being. I stayed here one week and i felt like a little sister of her! Anou helped me in everything i needed and we had really nice time together, while enjoying the food she cooked ( really delicious!) If you are thinking of coming here, stop thinking and just book your room! PS the sunset and sunrise from the balcony over the city are something incredibile! Thanks for everything my dear friend! 🙏
