Sunny Bungalow

Right on the beach, easy to book extra nights. Provided free drinking water. Good jumping off point to explore the rest of the island. Gave good recommendations. Helped us book our ferry back to mainland.

The room wasn’t all that clean or comfortable,…but I guess it is a chill and inexpensive beach bungalow… You can definitely stay in nicer places on the island, but you’ll pay more for them. Got kinda weird vibes from the owners like they were charging different people different prices and stuff. But they were nice to us.

Majoituksessa oli kuuma, vain tuuletin. Joka nurkassa muurahaisia ja sotkua. Pesuhuone tunkkainen ja mustia pisteitä. Ylipäätään vähän likainen. Lakanat kuitenkin puhtaat.

The the beach is clean and the location is nice, just right next to the pier so after boarding on/off the boat I can get there easily, and i like the view from the pier. Further more, it close to the trail to Lazy beach which is on the other side of the island, just about 30 minutes walk, the sunset there is beautiful.

There's nothing i really don't like, just that there's no food serve at my stay, but that's not a problem as i can walk a littl e and find some restarants and a mini-mart which i can buy food and drinks.

We had a great time at Sunny Bungalows. It’s super affordable considering the location and compared to other hotels nearby. The bungalows are like 30 m from the beach. The property is in a great spot close enough to restaurants and bars, but away from the busy tourist areas. We practically had the beach to ourselves around the bungalows, which felt incredible. The beach itself is absolutely stunning. The bungalow was basic but comfortable. Since you are surrounded by nature, you should expect to hear animals during the night, but we didn’t have any issues inside apart from a harmless gecko. They provide plenty of drinking water and a kettle, which we really appreciated. The lady at reception was extremely kind and helpful throughout our stay. There is also a diving shop on-site, so it’s a great place if you want to try diving. The property is also on the path to Sunset Beach, which makes for a lovely short walk. One thing to be aware of: there are sandflies on the beach, and their bites can be a nightmare, so bring repellent if you can.

On a passé un super séjour à Koh Rong Sanloem, un grand merci à Rosa qui a été d’un accueil formidable, qui nous a toujours trouvé une solution quand c’était nécessaire !
