Staying at Pungnam House was an absolute highlight of our trip to Korea. The hanok itself is simply beautiful — a stunning example of traditional Korean architecture, kept in immaculate condition. Every detail has been thoughtfully maintained, making it feel both authentic and wonderfully comfortable. Waking up in a place like this is a truly special experience. But what elevates Pungnam House above everything else is the hostess. She is one of the warmest, most attentive people we have ever encountered in our travels. Her genuine care for her guests goes far beyond what you'd expect — she has a rare talent for making you feel not just welcomed, but truly looked after. If you're visiting Jeonju, there is no better place to stay.

Hanok experience. Staff was friendly. Sitting places outside. The location was fantastic.

Thin wall so we can hear neighbours but they were quiet. It is something to mind if you have light sleep.
