The price

Please AVOID this guest house because they STEAL!!! We had the WORST experience here, someone from their staff STOLE $100 from my wife's wallet and it's terrible because they did it while we went in the morning to have breakfast right at their place, downstairs! What they did was that they replaced the $100 note we had with a copy. My wife and i realized this because her wallet was put in another place in her bag and then she checked and saw what they did. Of course we immediately went and told the person who was at the reception then, and he called his boss, the owner of the guest house, and the woman who cleaned our room that morning. The woman did not believe us, she said that we had a fake banknote from the beggining, or that the cash machine, the ATM gave us a fake one, which is absolutely absurd and Impossible! We told her to call the police, the police came and they didn't speak english at all and they found no other solution in the end, than the owner to give us $50 and they left. That because the woman also refused to show us the footage from the surveillance cameras in that time frame, staying that it would take 3 days to verify. That is another LIE, because she knew we leave in the next day in Vietnam and thus being left with no other solution for us to recover our money. HORRiBLE experience, we share it here so other people know if they choose to stay at this guess house. And ONE MORE THING, be aware of the YOUNGEST MAN at the reception, because we know that he stole our money and he was covered up!!

Location, breakfast available, clean room with hooks to hang clothes, shelves and table. Not common for a guesthouse otherwise.

Warning: before going out in the evening, make sure that the receptionist notices. There is no option to unlock the doors for the guests themselves once he goes to sleep. There is a half-functioning bell at the door to wake him up. One day i came back at 23.30 and rang for quite some time to wake him up.

No tea in the room to go with the kettle! D’oh!

probably I would like the location if it wouldn’t be that mouldy.

it was really dirty, almost whole bathroom was covered in mould, the rest of a room smelled like mould, bedding and the pillows as well
