Leslie & his family are the kindest people. He helped us to book our onwards train to Ella due to the post cyclone disruptions to the Kandy to Ella train line. We got free breakfast one morning because it was their new year celebrations. Dinner at the homestay was delicious. Comfortable beds, spacious shared living room space & kitchen area.

Again, staff was amazing. They let me keep my bags at the home after check out, and then after I came back from a hike, they offered me a room and bathroom before finally leaving. Wonderful place to be.

Location is a bit tricky for cars and rickshaws to get to or find. A bit away from the city, but to me that is also a pro.

The owners are very very nice and helpful,as it's a little in the jungle area , and I was a solo traveler they used to wait for me till i went back to my room. And breakfast is very very huge 😊 i like the hospitality most

We really loved this place and felt welcome from the first moment. Owner gave us ideas on what to do for the rest of the day and also helped arrange a tuktuk for the next day, which was very helpful. The dinner and breakfast were very tasty, with big portions and nice fresh fruit. The staff were super friendly and kind, we had a chat with the owner one evening, he's a great and smart guy that can share a lot of information about the history of Sri Lanka!

The staff were all so friendly, helpful, and happy to be around and talk to you. The house itself is lovely, and the location is beautiful. Breakfast was wonderful, really no complaints about the stay at the house.

The location was a bit difficult for drivers to find, and a bit far from town on top of a high hill. But the location is also a plus, as once you are there, you are on nature's doorstep, and it is quite and away from the city's hustle and bustle.

Nice rooms and very lovely owner. Tasty bananas from their own garden. Makes Sri Lanka a better place. We recommend 1000%
