No worries all is good

The bed was was.comfortable. The staff is helpful. Parking space is good.

The rooms are surprisingly like the pictures. It was pristine clean. And everything was comfortable.

* felt it was a bit Costly for the facilities provided * there were no wifi facility in Sapphire. * Only one 1 liter complimentary water bottle, more than that we need to buy. * meals were none, each day a fixed menu. * the plug point needs universal adapter (which I always carry during my international trips but unfortunately forgot this time) and we were only provided with one adaptor on request, Because of which we couldn't charge our phones properly and had use our phones at scarce.

The place was super neat and clean, The staff was so friendly, one of a best place to spend the holiday with family can be recommend for anyone who like to have the intention to value for each cent were spend, for sure next holiday will book for long term. And finally I want to thank the property managing team for their effort to maintain the property in the same standard in future, keep up the good things

Location was very convenient. It was clean and comfortable. Extremely helpful staff.

Extremely poor Wifi hence TV didn’t work. Couldn’t watch TV at all. I complained about it but nothing was done. I was using my overseas phone and expected to use WiFi to call my family in abroad but I couldn’t contact them because of the issue. I had to get a local sim to make any calls.
