The Southern Heritage Boutique Hotel

First of all, I want to note 3 things: First, the hospitality and friendliness of the villa staff, everything was great. Second, the excellent breakfasts and excellent cuisine, I express special thanks to Afkar. Third, the cleanliness and order in the kitchen, in the villa, in the pool and on the territory.

We had an amazing stay, would definitely recommend. The rooms are very clean and each room has a very beautiful bathroom. Each room is also equipped with a save, where you can put valuable things. The pool in the middle is the heart of the villa and has a good temperature. Also there was a table tennis table and other games. We had the opportunity to store things in the fridge and wash our clothes in the washing machine. The breakfast Afkar prepared for us offered a big variety. There was always fresh filtered water in the kitchen. Afkar and Douglas were always available if we had any questions. At the end we stayed one day longer because we loved it so much.

Comfortable rooms & washrooms, very clean. Love the vintage look and the interior. The pool was clean, table tennis & some games were there. We had a very comfortable stay at Southern Heritage on September. The place was very calm, comfortable, cozy. The breakfast was spectacular with Sri Lankan string hoppers, pol rotti & that was delicious. All the other facilities like WiFi, tea/ coffee making machines, cooling machines were there. Even you can cook yourself if you want. The place is amazing, safe & worth the price.

Very nice and large villa with 5 guest rooms, exceptional breakfast (thanks to Afkar) and large pool. Friendly staff and lots of kitchen equipment await you Large beds and bathrooms Quiet place a bit off the beach area Our kids enjoyed the pool a lot Perfect stay for large group or family

The location is a bit far of the large supermarkets, also only 1 restaurant close by (Shanti Shanti) which had open that time (mid April). Some insects in the building and rooms (but only a few - so only minor issue)

Absolutely gorgeous. Beds super comfortable, very clean rooms and great bathrooms (showers were awesome) The kitchen is very well equipped - can do own cooking from scratch if you want too - blender, air fryer, microwave, oven and hobs all in good working order. There is also a washing machine and dishwasher. The beach at the end of the road is fab and has a protected area for little poems to swim… just head right a bit. Also a nice Italian restaurant (WB). The little shop/homestay at the end of the road is useful and they do great curries which we took away to the house.

The open air nature of the living area means it is very very hot… with only 2 fans this means it is hard to keep cool. No fans in the kitchen so gain, very hot. Also very difficult to keep flies away, which was a little annoying. Location is a little isolated.
