Our stay at AJ Villa was excellent. The house is spacious, bright, modern, and very comfortable, with several fully equipped rooms that are generous in size and beautifully designed. Every space feels open and easy to enjoy. It’s a perfect place to slow down, relax, and truly rest. A calm and welcoming home that makes you feel comfortable from the very first moment.

🌴 AJ Villa – Review ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We were warmly welcomed by Asha, and it was the perfect start to our journey in Sri Lanka. From the very first moment, she made us feel at home and truly cared for. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, and Asha gave us so many wonderful tips to explore the area and enjoy the local culture. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to begin our trip – thank you, Asha, for your kindness and hospitality!

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at AJ Villa. Asha is a wonderful host and very welcoming and her breakfasts are very generous and super delicious. The hotel is a beautiful design and offers a very peaceful and quiet stay by the river. The pool is lovely.

So stylish and a lovely place to stay. Fluffy towels, really comfortable bed and a great shower. Access to the pool and a washing machine. Felt very welcome.

The owner was really making us feel comfortable as much as possible and the view was great, really helped us relax and it was worth planning a whole vacay!

The best place to chill, extremely clean , stylish and new. Were friendly stuff and just a pleasant vibe is there.

Excellent host, great communication, support with logistics, soft sheets, beautiful location, great pool, excellent food and service, nice shower, tasteful details.
