Absolutely perfect! My family of four recently stayed at Cottage 2010. The cottage was spotless upon arrival, and the cleanliness was impressive throughout. The ambience felt cozy and inviting, like a true home away from home, with thoughtful decor that enhanced the warmth of the space. The service was exceptional; the staff was attentive and made us feel welcome, going above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. From the beautiful surroundings to the excellent upkeep, every detail was carefully attended to. Highly recommended for a peaceful family getaway

Amazing experience, beautiful location, wonderful staff, excellent service, lovely staff, relaxing peaceful place, they arranged kandy city tour for me by tuktuk, delicious food. I would love to go there again. comfortable stay, extremely clean.

i wish i stayed more

The hotel seems to have maximum capacity of 10 guests. We booked the 2 units . One unit can occupy 5 guests . 3 upstairs and 2 downstairs. We technically booked the whole hotel . Therefore the privacy was perfect.

Despite I reserved the booking using my credit card the hotel did not have a card machine . It only accepted cash. Therefore I had to pool cash to pay for the hotel bill . It was an embarrassing situation. The hotel should have communicated this to the guest prior to check out time if they had an issue with the card machine . The access road to the hotel from the main road was so bad . There is a massive slope from the top of the road to the hotel . It looked so dangerous. If I had known this I would’ve booked this place. Before I left the hotel. The manager stoped me and started striping off the bed sheets from one of the units we stayed. He told me that there was a stain on the bed sheets and asked we had to pay for it . I never had come an across a problem like that in my life ever. The hotel asked the guest to pay for laundry. Once I paid for the bedsheet he handed over the bedsheet to me . I paid for it because I didn’t want any confrontation. When I came home I washed the bedsheet . I noticed the stain he was talking about was gone. Lastly I have to mention there was no room service after 10 pm. I rang all the number that was given by the hotel . No one picked up the phone . Because one of the air condition unit did not power up in one of the bed rooms . I am fully disappointed about the stay . Because the hotel management spoiled my holiday .
