Close to the beach, and restaurants but far enough away to be quiet. Very clean and options for meals and trips out. Lovely family and good airport transfer.

Хорошее расположение, вкусные завтраки, возможность готовить их самим. Удобные кровати, большой общий метраж номера(у нас был семейный).

До хорошего пляжа приходится, пусть и недолго, идти вдоль оживленной дороги. Очень много муравьев на кухне. Трудно направить кондиционер, чтобы он не переохлаждал - приходилось выключать на ночь.

Our stay was perfect. We enjoyed the hotel and its beautiful, spacious rooms, the excellent meals, and the kindness of our hosts. We also took advantage of the tourist services offered by the hotel and enjoyed a 5-day tour, which was very good. Authentic, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, super sauber, hat einen tollen Balkon sowie sehr gute Möglichkeiten auf diesem zu verweilen! Die Familie, die die Unterkunft bewirtet, ist super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Aussicht ins Grüne war sehr erholsam und man kann viele Vögel und manchmal Affen beobachten. Die Lage ist etwas außerhalb der Stadt in einer ruhigen Umgebung.

Aktuell wird viel um das Grundstück herum gebaut, was zukünftig dazu führt, dass man nicht mehr so eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne haben wird. Das Dach im Obergeschoss ist etwas dünn und manchmal hört man Tiere darauf, die beim Schlafen stören können. Die Stadt selbst ist sehr touristisch.

Very friendly host with some good advice. Once we discovered the shortcut to the beach by the Sun and Sea hotel it became perfect.

In August, we visited Venita and Darshaka. They are a nice, pleasant, sociable family. The apartment is beautiful, spacious, with a comfortable kitchen, with access from each room to the terrace and beautiful views. There are palm trees around, lots of birds, and the sweetest palm squirrels. In the mornings and evenings, a family of monkeys comes close. Darshaka helped us with trips to the airport and Yala National Park, and was always ready to help with advice. Venita is an amazing hospitable hostess, she prepared delicious breakfasts that will remain in our hearts. Not far from the house is the unforgettable beach of Unawatuna. We highly recommend this guest house to everyone. We will be happy to return there ourselves) We wish the hosts every well-being, prosperity and grateful guests!

Unawatuna is characterized by the lack of conditions for comfortable movement of pedestrians. There is heavy traffic on the roads. But this is not related to the guest house, which is located in a quiet corner away from a busy road.

Good place for 1 night. Located near beach , shops and the restaurant. It was clean.

The bedsheet was clean but it smelled like a dump. Also some visible mould on the walls. Basic accommodation. There was a kettle in the room and cups plus sugar but no coffee or tea. Beach was very busy.
