Le Patio Du Lac

Bushra and Abiba (the chefs) were making it an absolutely memorable stay. Everything we ate was perfect, especially the lemon chicken and salad were an absolute treat! Mohamed made sure we were welcomed and all the facilities were ready and proper, 10/10! The view from our room on the lake was absolutely stunning! If we could change one thing, maybe a little less sweet breakfast and a bit of just regular moroccan bread on the side.

Nice location with good views of the lake from the room balcony and the terrace. Street parking on site for no additional cost. Mohamed and Habiba were friendly and chatty. Good breakfast and nice coffee.

Seemed poor value for money compared to the other places we stayed at in Morocco. There was no mint tea on arrival as in all the other places that we stayed at. The place seemed like an "Instagram" studio and the pool seemed more like a display than useable. The road outside was really noisy in the night and early morning.

Rooms were clean and nice. Staff were friendly.

No Wi fi in room

The ratings applied to the room that we ended up in, not the room we were first shown. We booked a ‘double bedroom with a lake view’. The ‘lake view’ we were offered turned out to be through a chest high window across 25 meters of roof terrace. The hostess was less than helpful when we remonstrated about this but we were eventually, on payment of another 200 dirham, moved to what is shown on the website as a ‘ King room with Lakeview’. This was indeed a very nice room - very different from the one we was first shown. The photograph below was taken from the room we were originally shown at head height. I leave it for the reader to decide whether this is a.’ lake view’ or not! The evening meal was excellent in what is a wonderful setting inside the hotel Mohammed was very helpful throughout our stay.

The place has everything you need, next to the village by foot, the staff is very kind, the views are very pure, the WiFi is great, and the top point were the excellent meals! Momo always tried to make us happy and smile! Big thanks to his hospitality and joy of life☺️
