Déjeuner copieux

Mon séjour dans cet établissement censé être un cinq étoiles a été inacceptable. À mon arrivée, on m’a fait attendre pour un “nettoyage” qui n’a manifestement pas eu lieu : toilettes sales (traces d’urine), salle de bain mal entretenue, tapis tachés, odeur d’égout dans les sanitaires. Les parties communes étaient tout aussi négligées : crotte de chat dans le couloir, transat extérieur couvert de fientes d’oiseaux, et des oiseaux à l’intérieur perchés sur un lustre, nous réveillant dès 7h. Bruits constants dans les couloirs (meubles, sommiers déplacés). Pour couronner le tout, les voisins de chambre ont eu un problème de punaises de lit. Vraiment pas contente et déçu. Photo en preuve ! Je ne peux pas toute les mettre Ça parle de luxe ! De confort que des belles paroles dans la description. On est loin du compte ! Les photos ne sont pas contractuelles . . .

"RUN AWAY! Bed bugs & dirt in the rooms!!!"

Not sure I would have something nice to say!

On night 2 when we came back we found bed bugs + moulded mattresses which freaked us out. We tried to go to the reception and the concierge was sleeping on the sofa so no assistance at all. We than discovered left over food under the beds from previous people!!! The next day we made a complaint to both the hotel and to Booking.com, from the venue the only thing we got is a new room, no reimbursement, nothing special, no customer service!!! Booking reimbursed us almost nothing compared to what we paid for our 3 nights! To be honest I would NEVER EVER go back there and I wouldn’t recommend to anyone who wants to have an enjoyable moment in Marrakesh!!!

Fint, lugnt, och fridfullt.

Läget var ok men det var dyrt att ta sig med taxi från flygplatsen pga att det ligger lite utanför staden.
