Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht.

Leider ließ die Sauberkeit des Badezimmers zu wünschen übrig. Das Frühstück war sehr bescheiden und bot nur eine geringe Auswahl. Besonders enttäuschend waren die Gebühren für den Tax-Service, die selbst im Vergleich zu vielen 4-Sterne-Hotels deutlich überhöht waren.

The location is great, the breakfast is satisfying, and the staff is friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Ibrahim (or Abrahim). Our room was perfectly adequate.

Staying in a riad is a unique experience, but it doesn't offer the same amenities as a standard hotel. Just focus on enjoying the experience. 😉

El Riad muy bien ubicado y fácil de encontrar. Cerca de bazares, tiendas, restaurantes, le mar y lugares históricos. Las habitaciones son sencillas pero cómodas. El personal muy amables y atentos. El desayuno incluido muy bueno y completo. Recomendado
