The O Experience - Tayourt Lodge

Very relaxing. Great position overlooking the surf break.

Food and kitchen staff were great. Location and view is good although higher up on the cliff seems to offer more breeze and less flies.

- Flies and cats are a constant nuisance in the dining area. Both are somewhat unavoidable in Imsouane but out of all the places we ate this was the most flies we had to deal with. - The room was small and with the only window facing the courtyard. This means that you have to choose between a mostly dark room with the curtains closed or no privacy with the curtains open. - Beds and pillows are hard. - There is no comfortable outdoor area to relax (after surf ect). There's only three sunbeds for all to share in the courtyard and they are quite uncomfortable. They are V-shaped (why??) and with a thin mattress. - No welcome or introduction to the place. We learned on the last day that the person in the reception, who was mostly busy doing other stuff than manning it, was the owner. We learned by chance because his wife had blocked the small parking area with her car and had to move for us to get out. We're booking Olo next time in Imsouane...

Beautiful place in a great location with lovely staff.

super clean, good feng shui, excellent food/chef, super comfortable

surfboard rental prices were not clearly communicated so the final bill was a surprise. I also never got an itemized bill actually sent to me, I had to look it over on an office screen at the last minute and contest several charges. Not ideal.
