Great location and really helpful staff! Great atmosphere in the restaurant!

Small issues - nothing big! Bathroom had some plumbing issues and the floor was always wet. Staff provided extra towels. Also electric outlets in unusual spots? But location and staff far surpassed expectations!!

Super friendly staff and a nice bar on the street.

No hairdryer but when I asked one was brought to me next day which was good. I’d like to be asked about my breakfast and given option of a Sri Lankan breakfast which if possible is so much better than continental.

Calm and peaceful

It was in a good location and attractive. The staff were great, friendly and helpful. There was a downstairs bar/cafe area.

Although nice and clean it could do with updating in the rooms. It could have had somewhere to hang some clothes and plug things in/ put things next to the bed eg a lamp. Funny things: A kettle was provided but the plug was not compatible with the sockets. A tv was provided but had no electrical feed or ariel but as we weren’t here to watch tv that didn’t matter.

Lovely sweet hotel right inside the fort area, easy walking distance to everything of interest. Lovely hotel staff so helpful and kind. Loved the balcony area spacious seating outside the room. Great little Cafe/restaurant at the hotel and tapas restaurant across the road, reasonable prices 👌

We liked everything! Lovely people working there and cool bar downstairs. Room was clean and shower had hot water!

Only thing what I didn't like was that we booked a room with balcony but there is actually not balcony! The room entrence is from balcony but it's not private and no chairs and table as room photos showed!
