La propreté La réactivité du personnel

Quand nous sommes arrivés, la climatisation ne marchait pas. La piscine n'était pas prête Nous avions souffert avec la chaleur qu'il faisait en mois d'août en attendant que la climatisation marche ! Les équipements de cuisine n'étaient pas complets, heureusement que la femme de ménage étais disponible pour nous chercher ce qu'il faut des autres villas. Elle faisait beaucoup d'aller et retour pour le moindre besoin !

The villas are spacious. Enough for 10 people in our party. Its privacy was top class.

Location is a bit away from everything so if you need anything from shops and you’re not driving it’ll cost you more to travel to nearby shops.

"Séjour très calme et reposant au cœur de la palmeraie"

Endroit Magnifique avec un calme apaisant. Le personnel est très serviable et réactif ( spécialement Monsieur EL AMRANI à la réception qui a fait des pied et des mains pour nous satisfaire. Et aussi le personnel de maison qui est très discret et. Très professionnel. KADDOURI Majid.

Les villas sont immenses et très belles mais il faudrait un peu d’entretiens car ça devient un peu vieillot et quelques climatiseurs bruyants et parasols délabré. Ce qui est dommage vu le prix que l’on paie et vu ce que coûte un parasol..vielles tv avec satelite à l’ancienne pas de télé connectée ( pour les puristes).
