Riad Zyna

Bel emplacement, facile à trouver, pas trop loin du parking. La piscine est froide mais le responsable a dit qu'il mettrait une pompe à chaleur. La terrasse est ouverte, le prix des jus n'est pas excessif. Le riad a été rénové dernièrement. Le thé y est très bon. La chambre était confortable. Bon rapport qualité prix.

In meinem Zimmer hatte ich manchmal probleme mit dem Wifi, aber lag wohl eher daran das gerade etwas gewechselt wurde

Wunderbarer Riad am Rand der Medina von Meknes, vom zentralen Platz aus leicht zu finden. Sehr freundliche Besitzer, stilvolles, sauberes Zimmer. Tolles Frühstück im Innenhof des Riad. Empfehlung!

Our experience at Riad Zyna was excellent from reception all the way through checkout. Abdelhak was incredibly helpful and friendly, answering every question we had with kindness and professionalism. The riad itself is absolutely stunning

La struttura non è male ma nonostante avessero accettato di prenotare per me una notte in più nella stessa stanza , il giorno dopo ci hanno cacciati nonostante io e mia moglie (anzian)i avessimo comunicato che stavamo male e quindi non in condizioni di spostarci. Dei delinuenti!

Un comportamento disumano. Cia hanno cacciati nonostante on era amo in co dizionario di salute per farlo. Delinquenti!

The property looked really nice, like on the pics, lots of light, one of the reasons I booked it. Unfortunately, it was under construction and I was not able to stay there.

They informed me just a few hours before my arrival that I won’t be able to stay at the riad and they would accommodate me at their sister property, mentioning an emergency problem, but clearly, they were still in the middle of doing construction work when I arrived to meet someone to bring me to the other riad. It took quite some time for Halim to arrive and he made the new riad sound like a much better deal. When we arrived at the other place, it was at first very disappointing, much darker, still very beautiful, but not what I had booked. The disappointing part of all this was that I was not informed in a timely manner. I could have maybe changed my travel plans if I had known beforehand. I also checked on booking.com and they were still accepting reservations whereas they clearly were not able to accommodate anyone. This is not ok in my opinion. After a nice plate of couscous I felt much better and in the end the stay at the other riad was quite great, but the way it was handled was not ok.

Riad super beau avec beaucoup de charme, très bien placé, le personnel et le gérant très sympa et réactif, le nouveau propriétaire est très gentil et très ambitieux, compte bien faire les choses et améliorer encore plus le riad , j'y retournerai sûrement à mon prochain séjour
