I had a good sleeping at this place, the owner was very nice and friendly. Indefinitely recomend this place.

Hidden in a culdusa though easy to find on Google map directions. Felt uneasy walking quiet culdosac alone at night. Few small maintenance issues in bedroom eg bathroom door unlockable. No closeby eateries on main road if you don't have car

Great little place. Funky common area to hang around in with a good little kitchen area.. the room had great AC, was very clean. I loved the bathrobe, very nice touch. The hosts are lovely and very helpful. They had great recommendations for local food places, train station and even dropped me off nearby. Lovely stay

The bathroom is outside (still very nice and private) but i did have to fend some mosquitos while showering. Not a big deal.

It was dirty and not well maintained. The sheets were dirty, stained and smelly. There is no mosquito net.

We had a great time here. It is better value than most of Hikkaduwa and really nice for being away from the main road. The place has its own garden, it is a great size and the hosts were very helpful.

We enjoyed the superb hospitality provided to us during our stay at Leisure Villa. The host was very kind and made sure our needs were met to the fullest extent. They coordinated and arranged arranged our travels to various places and made sure it was a smooth experience.
