Er lagen teennagels in de badkamer, er zaten bloedspatten op de kussens en braakresten op het bed. Ookal hadden we niet iets super hygienisch verwacht voor de prijs, was dit wel teleurstellend. Je gaat daardoor ook niet comfortabel in bed liggen. Heb expres capuchon op gehad, ondanks 33 graden.

Рядом с автовокзалом Тивата. До аэропорта дойти 10 минут пешком, не нужно никакое такси. Чисто, уютно и недорого. Прекрасная хозяйка Светлана петровна, которая проводила меня и показала, где находится пляж. Рекомендую.

Слегка в горку, но это не критично.Зато оттуда, открывается потрясающий вид на море.

We were glad to stay at Svetlana’s place — the house is well-kept and spotlessly clean. The room had a huge, comfortable bed with fresh linens, blackout shutters, and air conditioning, which was perfect for resting at any time of day after a long trip. The location is quiet and convenient: just a 10-minute walk to a large modern supermarket and the bus station. If you walk downhill, you reach a small beach in the bay, and from there it’s a beautiful coastal walk into the center of Tivat. The town itself is impressive — elegant waterfront, yachts, fountains, restaurants — all with the backdrop of dramatic mountains rising above the bay. What made the stay even better was the value: it felt like a privilege to enjoy such surroundings for such a modest price. Svetlana welcomed us warmly and we ended up having a long, engaging conversation. Next time we’re in Tivat, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The only thing we didn’t like was that we didn’t have enough time before our flight — otherwise, we would have happily stayed longer.

The entire place didnt have water and spent days without shower,and the host can hardly speak any word in English

Everything. Terrible location. The owner does not speak any English and it was a problem when there was no reservation in our name. She opened the door while we were in to tell us to close the door. One bathroom shared with the whole house (4-5 rooms). The carpet was awful and dirty. Sorry but it should not be put on booking. Standards not met.

the view was great!

the woman didn’t speak english, and had a hard time . As my booking.com booking didn’t show up on her app, and tried turning us away numerous time. It was very stressful, bit disappointing.
