It was close to the bus station which is good for reaching Kotor and surroundings. Beach nearby, walking distance. The price of the accommodation was good, especially since so many places around Tivat are very expensive. One plus was that we felt very safe.

The main negative was that it was very dirty, dusty room with hair on the sofa in the room, sticky surfaces, dirty fridge, the common shower smelled like urine. We know the price is cheap however some more cleaning would be good. The owner doesn’t speak English which brings some misunderstandings. Just for others to be aware: upon paying we payed the tourist tax since it was included in the price on Booking. But this should be payed to the tourist agency, since you have to go and register yourself in Tivat. The host doesn’t do the registration for you. More info about this would be appreciated. Finally, the ad advertised a common kitchen and kettle, however guests are not allowed access to the kitchen and there was no kettle in our room. However some other free rooms had kettles, but when we asked for one we were not given one though. Old bed with iron springs.

Расположение этого гостевого отеля между аэропортом и городом, если ранний вылет, дойти можно за 20 минут. Рядом на спуске автобусная станция. До центра идти далековато, автобусы ходят нестабильно. Хозяйка очень любезна. Сам номер имеет старую мебель, шкаф частично не закрывается, душ и туалет на этаже. Мне достался номер без вида на море, к сожалению. В целом довольна проживанием!
