It's perfectly located in the old town, with a view of the mountains, rooftops and street (at least from our room - there were 4). Very responsive host, and the shared bathroom was cleaned regularly. A hot and cold water dispenser in the shared space so you can make tea/coffee, and a common fridge. Excellent air-con!

Because it's central, with bars and restaurants nearby, it's noisy at night with the window open..

A very nice room in the very centre of Kotor. The host provided us with extra beach towels. The room and the shared bathroom were clean and tidy.

Directions to peppery were not very clear. Also there is lift. So you have to carry your bags down 3 flights of stairs when you arrive

Our room was very clean and the beds very comfortable. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect for its exploration. The owners are very friendly and helpful. The bathroom, which was very modern, renovated and at all times spotlessly clean, was shared between three guestrooms (7 people at most), the owners (a couple in their 60s) have their own. The air conditioner was effective and relatively quiet, the windows also modernised and block out outside noise effectively, roller blind curtains worked as well. The view of adjoining rooftops and mountains was exactly as depicted, very lovely.

Our room was located in an entrance area of the apartment, so we had to unlock the apartment to get to the bathroom and lock it again, which was a bit of a nuisance. A reading light and hooks to hang towels somewhere in the room would have been helpful. This is cherry picking though. We generally avoid staying in places with shared facilities and were most pleasantly surprised with the quality offered here in general, for the sake of the location would book again!

Perfect location in the old town. The room is nothing special but good enough. The bathroom is clean and modern. Good value for money.

The staircase and entrance need to be refurbished. It gets quickly hit in the room in summer once you turn iff the ac. You don't meet the manager or professional staff, just his parents who seem to live there and don't speak English. They're friendly though.
