Modern guest house in city center I Room 3

It's cheaper than most of the properties around. The room was comfortable enough with a large table+chairs and a wardrobe - practical storage is difficult to find. Personally, I find self-check-in/self-check-out very convenient, and this time was no exception. Wi-fi works (seemed to drop once in our two days, and only for about 5 minutes).

Everything's decidedly cheap and slowly falling apart. Starting from the locks that don't quite work and constantly catch the keys, promising to break them any minute; the motion sensor on the (steep) entrance stairs that didn't recognize my (shorter) wife at all; the cheap springless mattresses; the loose and wobbly floor tiles in the bathroom. Oh, bathroom and toilets are separate from the room, a corridor away, if you haven't caught that from the description. In winter (we came in December), while it's possible to heat the room to your liking, bathrooms stay decidedly freezing. That's okay as long as you're under shower the whole time, but if you want to do anything in the bathroom BUT shower - you're going to be in a race against the cold. Oh, and I got a giant sneezing fit I only ever get from my allergies. So I don't have any proof that beds are old and full of dust, but that seems to be the only reason for me to get those sneezing fits in winter. So there's that.

The room was nice and cool during the day and very clean when we arrived. The beds were incredibly comfy.

Nice choice for a couple of days in Vilnius. The location is nice, close to the city centre, just a 25-minute walk. The bathroom and toilet were clean, with towels and even flip-flops for the shower provided. The beds were really comfortable, and the room was quite spacious.

The room is in a basement, and the stairs by the entrance are steep

Close proximity to old town. Clean.

You could hear everything in the next guest room. No sound proofing.

self check-in was easy and early in the afternoon available walking distance to the center fringe in the room was very helpful internet connection reliable big wardrobe in the room thank you for the slippers (which I usually don't take with me)

a bit of cleaning under the bed would be needed it was kind of noisy above my room on the second floor (but maybe because I am quite sensitive in this way)

It was just like the photos, exceptionally clean, location was phenomenal, no problem with finding the place, overall great experience.
