Погана шумоізоляція, за три дні ніразу не прибирали, навіть мусор не забирали
ROPoziția hotelului și faptul ca se asigura un loc de parcare ceea ce în zona nu găsești.
Prea multa gălăgie din cauza poziționării hotelului într-o intersecție și ar trebuii lucrat la sistemul de canalizare al camerelor.
