The location of the guesthouse is superb. There are many restaurants in close proximity to the guesthouse. Mr. Benjamin is very kind and goes out of his way to ensure that the needs of his guests are met and they are comfortable. He is always available.

It does not have a washing machine.

Już drugi raz zatrzymuje się w tym miejscu. Jest świetne. Pan który się nim opiekuje, jest bardzo komunikatywny, miły i pomocny. Przede wszystkim jestem zadowolony z czystości jaka tutaj panuje, wszystko bardzo ładnie pachnie, prześcieradło, poszewki, ręczniki, bardzo ładnie pachnący żel do kąpieli oraz szampon, zawsze idealnie wysprzątane. Czystość jest na najwyższym poziomie. Bardzo polecam to miejsce!

Very good and healthy breakfast each morning of stay. Spacious room and bathroom. A convenient location. Caretaker Mr Benjamin was dedicated and helpful.

Climbing up the stairs upon entering the building. Absence of dedicated vehicle parking space.

Nice clean homestay in a good area of Colombo. The WiFi actually works (for calls etc.) which is a rarity in Colombo. Everything fine with the showers etc. There are some cafés and restaurants etc. nearby, with a further choice in the surrounding area. Free drinkable water is provided. Very quiet in general.

Location great close to resto and shops. Benjamin make you feel so welcome and go out of his way to make the stay pleasant. And super friendly. He orgainse with a guy for tour kandy. Worth it Good breakfast. Will 100% come back to this place.

Nothing to dislike

Location is nice Benjamin the host is so friendly and helpful. He helped us to arrange with his friend to be our driver and guide. There is a small kitchen to the House for all rooms where there is fridge, small oven, toaster, coffee and water this place is most of a cozy guest house good for a short stay

Not a dislike but remember to bring your own shampo. tooth brush and toothpaste. also there is no elevator. all rooms are in first floor, don't worry it is not too much stairs, do some exercise

So convenient, location and wonderful staff

Location is close to cafes of different cuisines, Italian, Indian, Korean, local. Staff was flexible in breakfast timings. I had.my breakfast late rather then skipping it when check out Clean hotel

Check in at 14.00. Could be 12.00 - when early flights could be a situation when lo g time to wait
