Sigiri Lion Lodge

Owner very friendly, convenient location, big room, like the table in the room to lay clothes etc on.

The bathroom smelt so musty, this seems to be a common problem in Sri Lanka 😭, but it made the room smell. Need to open windows for air, but they’re doing construction adding more rooms (I think) so it could be noisy/many people

Die Zimmer waren sauber und es gab sehr leckeres und umfangreiches Frühstück. Die Host-Familie war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und hat uns gerne geholfen unsere Aktivitäten zu planen. Außerdem kann man durch die zentrale Lage alles einfach und schnell erreichen.

Die Badezimmer sind leider etwas veraltet, waren aber trotzdem sauber.

I could not recommend Sigiri Lion Lodge more! The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, organising our safari trip and arranging any TukTuks we needed. Every time we passed his office he greeted us with such enthusiasm and warmth, it was like we had known him for years. His kindness really made our trip. Our room was clean and comfortable, providing the perfect base to explore Sigiriya. Breakfast was served outside our room every morning - it was delicious, beautifully presented, and they catered exceptionally well to our gluten-free needs.

Perfect position for visiting the Lion Rock by walking. The staff was kind and friendly. The breakfast was good! The breakfast was really nice!

Sehr zuvorkommende und freundliche Vermieter, die sich um alle Belange und Fragen zuverlässig kümmern. Saubere Unterkunft mit einem sehr leckeren Frühstück.

Troppa umidità, le lenzuola e i vestiti erano bagnati dopo qualche ora nella stanza. Aria condizionata non funzionante, forte odore di muffa.
