Wild Resort Ella

Sehr schöner kleiner Pool, toller Blick auf den Tempel, Anlage eigentlich schön, Transfer zum Bahnhof wurde gut organisiert.

Wir haben uns nicht wirklich wohl gefühlt und ich kann die so hervorragenden Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen... Wir waren vorher schon eine Weile mit dem TukTuk unterwegs und die Unterkunft war definitiv eine der schlechteren. Gründe: Personal, Frühstück, fehlende Moskitonetze, Baustelle, Lage (zwar im Grünen, aber kein schöner "Ella-Ausblick" / nicht weit weg, dennoch sehr unschön zum Laufen).

Il proprietario ha detto che se pagavamo con carta dovevamo pagare un 3% in più di commissioni, cosa successa solo lì. Illegale.

Wild Resort Ella offers very nice accommodation in a peaceful setting. During our stay, renovations were being carried out and the eating area was being used for storage, which took away a little from the experience. While the staff were trying to be helpful, the manager made us feel as though we were under a curfew; he wanted to know where and what we were doing. We also felt pressured into using their tuk tuk service, which was more expensive. That said, the overall comfort and charm of the place made it a pleasant stay.

The staff were very friendly. I was unwell during my stay and they provided anything needed. Very kind.

Was a little far from town

La situacion, aunque alejado del centro, necesitas tuk tuk para moverte. el desayuno esta muy bien.

Como nota negativa, perdimos la llave de la habitación y nos han cobrado 18& y solo tienen un secador de pelo que compartes.

We stayed at Wild Resort Ella for two nights as a family of four with two children. Our host, Kumara, was one of the kindest and most genuine people we met in Sri Lanka. He made our time in the Ella area truly beautiful and unforgettable. Thank you, Kumara, for your warm hospitality and for guiding us to the best places to visit around Ella. Our stay was simply perfect. For us, it’s nothing less than 10 out of 10.

The hotel is beautiful! Our room was the last one on the corner and was brand new. Everything was great. The views are amazing. The breakfast was top with fresh fruit and eggs.
