Everything! Mr. Pradeep and Saman were extremely kind and considerate. Whatever we needed, they provided it for us without any hesitation. Thank you so much for making our stay memorable. It is an excellent place if you are travelling with family and children.

Very clean rooms, beautiful high ceiling in the greeting area. Beds were comfy. Lovely staff.

Rooms were a bit small. Not close to many restaurants.

We were greeted very well; the guy at the reception tried hard, there was a large room with a beautiful view.

there was a strong sewage smell in the bathroom. The breakfast was small, we would have liked something more substantial.

Pradeep was very helpful and on our fist day also drove us in his car into town with a quick tour of the place. The property was clean and had a really nice view from the living room. Beds were comfortable and the room/showers were spotless. We enjoyed the b’fast and the nice spread of the fruits. As it does get cold we requested for additional blankets which Pradeep provided us.

For some reason wifi was not working.

Beautiful, spacious, clean house in European style and hospitable hosts. Large rooms with city views. Ideal bed, mattress, blanket, bed linen. We slept like in the best 5 star hotel. No dampness, no cold. The owner serves breakfast in the bright, spacious living room. Highly recommend!

Everything was OK

Such a beautiful room with dressing gowns and towels provided. A lovely view with a spacious balcony. Clean and spacious bathroom. Not too far from the centre, we were able to walk everywhere. The host was exceptionally kind and took us to Horton Plains one morning to hike and see the sunrise. He also helped us to arrange a taxi after our stay. Thank you!

Everything was great Absolutely amazing place and very good staff

We had a great stay at Andora in Nuwara Eliya! The staff were excellent and attended to all of our needs promptly. The room was super clean and the great view was a bonus! We had some really good conversations with the host too and felt welcomed throughout our entire stay. We would certainly recommend Andora to others!

Everything was great!

The location and the property. The view from the property is amazing and peaceful. The staff is super helpful. Home away from Home. The breakfast is okay. they provide a set menu and get cold if you delay. You can always warm in the oven. you can also use the kitchen for simple kitchen work. I warmed my baby food and also brought my mini cooker and used it comfortably in the kitchen

The oven got old and can't warm food within 1 minute or 2. Otherwise, everything is unexpectedly pleasant

- Comfortable bed - breakfast was delicious!! (Fresh fruit, eggs, Toast, Sri lankan style pancake…) - Great Location (only 10 min to Victoria Parc, and Great Restaurant nearby) - extremely nice staff!! So helpful and gave us recommendations what we Could do in Nuwara Eliya Felt Like being at Home :)
