"Bon emplacement et bon rapport qualite-prix"

Bon emplacement, a deux pas de la porte d'entree de la ville de Fes et tres bon petit dejeuner.

Plus de details sur les chambres, dans la description auraient ete apprecies.

Le logement est très bien situé, à l’entrée de la médina, porte Boujloud.

Le personnel pas accueillant. Nous avions prévenu que l’on arriverait la nuit, ce qui ne posait aucun problème au propriétaire, qui devait nous ouvrir. Et nous sommes restés dehors à attendre 3 heures en pleine nuit. Les chambres et la salle de bain étaient vétustes. Il y avait une fuite d’eau importante dans la chambre.

"Good location… wonderful vibes of old town"

Hotel is prime location and accessible to all amenities. Bed and linen were nice and clean. Toilet was clean. Taoufik was amazing guy, helped us personally to sort things. He offered help every time needed to figure out the situation in Fes whether transport or money exchange etc. thanks Taoufik.

Broken shower cap. After shower, happen to find all the water flew into bed room wetting our shoes and socks. Fortunately didn’t leave our luggage on floor else would have been disastrous. Taoufik was kind and cleaned up but would have been good if they built good enough to block water from over flowing and a mat to soak good too.

"Caso não exista outro disponível, vai esse, mas não é a melhor experiência. Falta profissionalismo."

O ponto forte é a localização. Apesar de estar fora da Medina, fica muito próximo do portão.

O café da manhã que havia sido contratado, não recebi. O banheiro pequeno e inadequado, com pecas de metal enferrujadas e chuveiro sem espalhador. Cada banho molha tudo. Forte cheiro de esgoto no quarto.

La buena predisposición del anfitrión y el personal. El anfitrión nos consiguió transporte desde aeropuerto y hacia estación de autobuses, y también nos consiguió las excursiones a Chefchaouen y el tour a medina con guía de habla hispana. Super recomendable, para repetir la experiencia. Gracias taoufik recepcionista!!
