Riad Fes Unique

Le personnel est très gentil et donne de très bons conseils pour que notre voyage se déroule bien. L’emplacement est excellent, proche de la porte bleu donc c’est génial ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Ils nous ont même donner qlq chose à emporter lorsqu’on ne pouvait pas prendre le déjeuner aux horaires prévues.

L’odeur dans la salle de bain était pas très agréable.

Like other reviews have mentioned the property waits until the free cancellation period is over to contact you and tell you that "due to technical reasons", they have overbooked and will be moving you to a different riad. They contact you on Whatsapp not Booking.com as they know they can't move guests from the original booking and dont want a record of this on the booking.com platform. I had to go back and forth with booking.com customer service and the Riad as the owners continued to lie to Booking.com and state that they would honor my original booking. I eventually had to show up to the Riad and deal with a rude host who told me that I had cancelled the booking when I had done no such thing. I again had to contact Booking.com customer service to relocate to another Riad at short notice on a Sunday night when many places were busy. Save yourself the hassle and don't book at a room at a business run by liars that may try and move you to a property that you did not book. Also if they ask you to cancel free of charge, DONT. If I had not contacted customer service they would have claimed the cancellation fee.

L’accoglienza di Doha è stata una delle migliori in tutto il nostro viaggio in Marocco. Si è messa a disposizione dapprima del nostro arrivo per venirci a prendere nel labirinto della Medina di Fes. Ci ha accolto con un sorriso e ci ha fornito una serie di raccomandazioni nel come muoverci all’interno dei migliaia di vicoli, suggerendoci anche ristoranti dove mangiare cibo tipico. Il riad è super caratteristico, la nostra stanza era stupenda con un letto super confortevole. Colazione molto ricca! Consigliato assolutamente.

A 10 minutos de la puerta azul. Es tranquilo y el desayuno muy bueno. Son muy amables y te solucionan cualquier problema que tengas

Riad familiale au cœur de la médina. Pittoresque et authentique, qui vous plonge dans l'atmosphère du dernier millénaire ! Personnels accueillant et souriant à l'écoute de vos besoins. Très bon rapport qualité prix

Difficile de trouver ! Affichage de direction à suivre doit être amélioré ! Impossible de trouver le premier jour ! Google maps ne fonctionne pas dans la médina ! Il faut se faire accompagner car il y 9000 ruelles dans ce dédale ! Je conseille d'imprimer un plan et de repérer l'itinéraire dans la médina ! La salle de bain rudimentaire mais c'est dû à l'ancienneté de la bâtisse !
