De sfeer in het hotel , mooi natuurlijk kader en verfrissend zwembad. Het personeell erg behulpzaam. Men plaatst 's avonds anti-mug-brandertjes. De manager Nelson spreekt vlot vele talen waardoor alle internationale klanten vlot alle vragen kunnen stellen . Het voelt als een THUIS in Sri Lanka.

Tout était parfait, Nelson le patron, les employés. Tout le monde est adorable et au petit soin. Nous avons eu la chance d'y séjourner 2 nuits où il y avait nous et autre couple, donc super calme. Nelson est aussi le chef cuistot et alors la c'est un régal. Il faut avoir très faim ! Les assiettes sont copieuse et faite avec amour du métier va se vois et ça se sens en bouche. J'ai juste succulent, un régal !!! Bref super séjour !

A calm garden hotel, not a lot visitors but very good stay, the owner is really kind, had a good chat. We also have dinner in the hotel, way beyond expectations, homemade, open kitchen, you can watch the cooking, overall, very recommend.

Nous avons tout apprécié. -L’hôte Nelson et tout le personnel qui étaient bienveillants, accueillants, d’une gentillesse incroyable! -La chambre spacieuse et le lit étaient très confortable avec une belle salle de douche , le tout nettoyé chaque jour. -Le petit déjeuner était parfait et copieux. -La piscine est grande entourée d’un beau jardin, on s’y sent très bien. -Tout est toujours fleuri: la chambre, les assiettes, ce sont de belles attentions. Nous ne devions y rester qu’une nuit, nous y avons passé les derniers jours de notre séjour ( 4 nuits!). Si nous pouvions donner notre note, ce serait un 12/10!!!😊 Merci à tous!❤️

We absolutely loved our stay at La Perla Bentota. The property is a hidden gem, in a nice quiet location, with well appointed rooms set around a central pool. Our hosts Alex and Nelson were very friendly and welcoming. Nelson is a great chef, and the food was delicious. The staff were also excellent, and clearly took pride in looking after their guests. On talking to Alex, we discovered that she and Nelson are keen advocates for animal welfare, and do whatever they can to improve the quality of life of the dogs in the local area. As dog lovers ourselves, we were very impressed. I cannot recommend this property highly enough, the people and the place are amazing!

Perhaps a bit isolated but everywhere is accessible via at tuk tuk which are cheap

Lovely room, clean & spacious. The grounds at La Perla were beautiful, lots a luscious tropical plants and the pool was a nice cool off. Very comfortable.

Very close to train tracks, they do stop during the little hours but something to note.

3 dagen een geweldige tijd gehad super vriendelijk personeel. En de eigenaren Nelson en alexandra waren zo lief, en bovenal de meest fijne dierenliefhebbers die we ooit ontmoet hebben. Ze verzorgen zelfs een ziek hondje met voeding medicatie en hebben een hutje gebouwd voor het hondje. En bovenal Nelson kan koken nergens zo goed gegeten. Al met al raden we iedereen die naar srilanka gaat,GA HIER HEEN JE VAKANTIE IS DAN EEN DROOM DIE UITKOMT

We just came back from La Perla few days ago and our stay was a blast. Bungalows are spacious, comfortable, clean and located in a beautiful garden. Nice pool was a treat after busy sightseeing. The beach is just across the road. Nice breakfast was included in the price. There was a mini bar in the room filled with water, beer and soft drinks. You pay extra, but is's very handy. The staff were so helpful, friendly and caring-we felt really welcomed. Try a dinner on the site. The owner Nelson is excellent cook and we decided to eat there every evening because the food was exceptional. But beware-portions are huge. Owners-Alexandra and Nelson made our stay like home away from home. I am really happy I booked La Perla❤️
