Hotel krish

It’s a nice place and Krish is very nice.

The mattress was hard as a rock and we got waken up at 6am by someone cutting wood in front of our bedroom. Not anyone’s fault but the dogs made it very hard to sleep since they howled from midnight to 2am ish.

very good clean rooms, with a exceptionally kind host. She also provided very good Sri Lankan breakfast for a small fee.

The best part of the place is the owner - Krish. She is simply superb. What a kind and welcoming person she is. We loved our stay here. The place is a stone's throw from the beach and everything you need for a peaceful stay is easily available. The absolute highlight of our trip was the breakfast and dinner Krish cooked for us. It was tasty, authentic and lovely. Our stay here exceeded all our expectations, and we will definitely return.

Everything! The host was very friendly and kind. We even stayed one more night as planned. The breakfast was very delicious und tasty.

Hospitality was great.

We only stayed one night on our way from Nilaveli to Arugam Bay. It was a lovely stop though, with a very sweet and kind host.

Krish’ place is perfect. Spacious bedroom & bathroom, immaculately clean. AC & fan are both available so you can choose. Location is perfect situated between Kalkudah & Pasikuda Beach. You can use the local hotel for a small charge (Laya $3 Uga $8). Krish and her staff are very kind & welcoming. Krish really is an incredible woman, goes above and beyond for her guests. We had a meal across the road that did not satisfy & after reading reviews about Krish’ food (request in advance) we had an exceptional meal of prawns, rice and curry. Thank you so much Krish, it was a pleasure meeting you. 2 nights wasn’t enough. Expect a quiet area with no WiFi, clean, comfortable and spacious- you will not be disappointed! Sri Lankan breakfast was also superb.

Overall, our stay at Kirsh Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the tasty food to the warm hospitality and stunning location, it exceeded all of our expectations.
