The rooms were clean. The host very friendly and helpful.

We experienced power cuts. The rooms were not aired or made ready for guests. The bathrooms were full of huge mosquitos.

Breakfast was big and delicious and the owner very helpful. The location was quite good as it is nearby Dambulla Cave Temples. The room is simple but comfortable and it has a private bathroom. Thank you very much!

At first, the host was nice.

The TV didn't work. The WiFi didn't connect. The water heater didn't work. The owner said we had to go to the city centre to get the bus to go to Sigiri with it just wasn't true. Instead,it added to our bill. We could have just walked five minutes and called a cab.

Once we arrived we met with the caretaker at the property and got ourselves checked in. The room is as shown in the pictures and was clean, the bathroom was also very clean which is a huge plus for me. We made unpacked and we were told that meals can be obtained with a little notice of around 45 minutes to an hour. The food was fantastic and the portions were very large (mind you we ordered the large portions whilst an XL option was available). After lunch we had to get ready for a wedding and needed to iron our clothes which we were given. Afterwards offered to assist. He managed to get one shortly after and we were on our way. When we returned at about 0130 with a quick call headed inside. The breakfast next day was also good, they have a few options but i forgot to confirm the day prior hence they provided us with one of the options mentioned before. Afterwards we checked out and headed off, happy to have chosen the property. Thanks to Tharaka and Arunasiri! p.s. They have a dog staying at the property called Dora and she is so sweet!

Amazing place in Dambulla. The House is really nice and clean. The owner is a passionale gardener, there's a beautiful garden all around the house with a lot of tropical plants, lotus flowers and bonsai also; the family dog, Dora, is also so sweet! The breakfasts here are amazing, local and tasty, homemade of course! Here we had the best meals of our entire holiday. The owner and his family are really kind and helpfull, they really take a lot of care of their costumers.

Best Value for money hotel in dambulla. We stay at their apartment and it is very clean and Comfortable. Apartment have everything we need for cooking. Owner is very friendly and helpful. You can order foods if you want. We plan to stay 1 night But we stay 3 nights in this apartment.

Actually nothing to complain. It has everything we need.
