"MOST UNRELIABLE HOTEL IN SL"

Nothing good about this place. Don’t fall for this scam. I made the reservation and called them up upon reaching Trincomalee town. This being holiday season, they probably sold my room to another customer for higher price told me ‘fully booked, no rooms’. Why on earth did you have it listed on booking.com when it is fully booked? Made me homeless for one whole night as the city was fully booked by then. When I said I will complain to booking.com, they marked on booking.com I checked in successfully, but I was never given a room. The staff said ‘try complaining to booking.com’, as if they knew I could do nothing about it. The worst is, not even apology was given. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Hotel location, friendly owner, beautiful view from the roof.

The staff speaks almost no English and you can hear noise in the room from them watching YouTube.
