Very clean, good location Abd friendly owner

It's really hot. The fan is wall fixed so doesn't cover the hole bed

Great location. Two minute walk from train and bus station but slept very well and did not hear the trains. Large spacious bedroom with large bed and very clean. Had private bathroom with powerful shower. All ameneties worked well with good wifi. Host was always available and friendly. Really good value for money and i booked an extra night stay..

I had a great stay here! Roshan is a very sweet host and the room itself was clean with a big bed and a good location. Wifi also worked perfectly. Ended up booking a third night as the accommodation and hikkaduwa were so nice :)

Very clean room, comfortable bed, good fan, mozzie net. Good location for overnight stop over before getting the bus or train.

Not much really!! There isn’t hot water but given it’s so hot outside we didn’t really need it!

Stayed 1 days, very nice room and the owner is very friendly. i will be come back for sure.
