Ella Okreech Cottages

The location of this property was really good, right in Ella town centre. The beds were pretty comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Being right in the town centre, you’re close to all the loud bars which can be pretty disruptive in the evening. The room was also a little tired looking inside, smelt a bit musty and could get a bit warm given there’s no AC!

Such a great location to Ella town, amazing rooms, nice and big! Lovely garden and super helpful staff! We would highly recommend

Fajne domki w centrum Ella. Czysto, nie ma problemów z ciepłą wodą. Pomimo położenia w centrum domki dają poczucie prywatności.

Jedyny minus to bardzo strome podejście

Secluded and peaceful. Individual cottages. Great value for money.

Wir haben leider nur eine Nacht hier übernachtet, da die Unterkunft bereits ausgebucht war – wir wären gerne länger geblieben. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und die gesamte Anlage sehr gepflegt und einladend. Auch das Frühstück war hervorragend. Besonders praktisch fanden wir den Wasserspender, an dem man sich jederzeit mit leckerem Trinkwasser versorgen konnte. Die Lage ist zudem relativ zentral, sodass man das Zentrum bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Das Personal war zudem sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Fairly central to the city and within walking distance to the main street. Very comfortable little cottage to oneself.

It was close to a venue where there was loud music every night

Yoga (the manager) and his staff were very helpful in many ways. I was here with my two brothers and we really had an excellent time here: location is very central, rooms are very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. The generous breakfast was the best we had in Sri Lanka. You couldn't ask for more.
