It's wonderfully peaceful and quiet. Yet you can walk easily to where you need to be. Very friendly and helpful hosts. There is also kitchen that can be used.

"Good budget friendly room close to beach!"

Very big comfy bed with mosquito net on bed frame, AC, fan. The WiFi did not wok when we got there, but they did go out of their way to get it up and running the next day and it reached the rooms! The twins (owners daughters) were cute and curious and brought us a few fruits from the garden, introduced is to the three dogs and practised their English with us. Very clean room as well! Very close to Mirissa beach.

Bathroom very worn down, bidet hose and shower tap leaking so floor constantly wet. Hot shower not working. Difficulty communicating with owner in English also difficult to get a hold of them in general - although they seem like nice people. Also, if you don’t like dogs, be aware that there are three male dogs living here running around freely.
