Super clean everywhere. Very clean and comfortable room. Beautiful garden with a lot of Bird, nice view from the roof.

We had a great room where we really felt like home. The staff, specifically the man, was lovely! Even drove us for free to the train-station the day we left.

Best stay in Sri Lanka! We really enjoyed our week with them. Perfect location - very quiet and easily walkable, but also quick tuk ride if needed. Kitchen is a big bonus and very well organized and maintained. Makes you feel safe and feel like home.

We stayed for 2 nights the room was spacious and had good air conditioning with a big balcony and lovely view. The owner was welcoming and informative, also gave us a lift back to the train station.

Very clean and comfortable room with nice view from the balcony. Well located - close to the beach, city center and railway station, but peacefully and quiet at the same time. Great and very much helpful staff!

This is a lovely, peaceful accommodation with lovely garden. We loved the garden view from our room balcony. There is a big kitchen with all facilities you need to make food or tea/coffee. The host was very helpful and responsive. We had a great stay in this place and celebrate 2025 New Year’s Eve in Unawatuna. The place is a short lovely walk to beach and shops.

Large room and terrace, super clean, big kitchen for cooking available. Calm place and nice view. Hosts were nice and helpful.

It is slightly further from the beach but is definitely worth it and we would come back :).
