What a lovely place to be! Best location ever! The room is amazing! And the best location ever! In front of this AMAZING beach! The owner, Nishant is such a nice guy! Always willing to help no matter what. I was very happy staying at his place.

Can not rate this place high enough! Jimna the host is probably the nicest person we’ve ever met, he went above and beyond to help us in any way he could plus the accomodation Is beautiful. Absolute water front and a easy stroll to the surf every morning, amazing room and great price. If your looking for a homely feel away from the hustle of the big hotels and resorts this is the place!! Will be recommending this place to everyone that travels to the south of Sri Lanka! Clean, spacious room and comfy bed. Hot water available if the host is there, which is most of the time. Upstairs terrace with wonderful view of the ocean. Towel, soap and toilet paper there. Very reasonable price. Basic, but enjoyable!

Room tends to get very hot if not vented.
