We got little late to check in, around 7pm. By the time we got there the owner has turned on the A/C in the room for us to feel comfortable. Everything was superb. Rooms and bathrooms were very clean as it was my main concern. Owner was very helpful and friendly. It is worth going back there. And it’s so close to the main road. Very easy to find the place. Definitely worth going back!!!!

It was in a really good location for us … outside the hubbub of Hikkaduwa, but bars, shops, restaurants were only a 70p tuk tuk ride away or a 1km walk. The apartment had everything we needed … two spacious en-suite bedrooms and open plan living room, with kitchen. The best part though, were the hosts … so friendly, kind & generous … would definitely recommend!

We would like to express our deep gratitude for such a beautiful villa. The villa is fenced, there is video surveillance of the house. We were not at all worried about the safety of our things. Very clean and comfortable, the villa has air conditioning, hot water, washing machine and refrigerator. If you wish, you have the opportunity to cook your own food. In general, there is absolutely everything for a comfortable stay. We cannot fail to note that Vinitha and her family are very friendly and pleasant people. They were always sincerely interested in whether everything was comfortable for us. We became friends and our vacation was the best thanks also to Vinitha. Thank you so much for your hospitality! It felt like we were visiting our relatives, everything was so cozy and wonderful.

Super friendly hosts, nice location, good amenities. 10 minutes walking to beautiful beach and no parties or traffic noise during the night. great restaurant just next to the villa. each room has AC, ceiling fan and separate bathroom. the kitchen is fitted to cook and store produce in the fridge.

regular power outages, but it is the problem with the local grid, has nothing to do with property itself
