Breezy Villa

The location is near the beach.

The facilities are quite old, especially the kitchen. Some cups and saucers had stains, and the room was not very clean. There was sand on the floor and on the old floor mats, which seemed not to have been cleaned properly. As no slippers were provided, we did not wear our outside shoes inside the room, but walking barefoot was a bit uncomfortable. A little more attention to cleanliness and maintenance would make the stay much better.

Raj is very friendly and easy to communicate with. He is attentive to guests' needs and responds quickly to any issues or requests. He provides excellent, professional service and makes sure everything runs smoothly.

Had an absolutely amazing stay at Brezzy Villa! From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, welcoming, and comfortable. A special mention to the host, Rajah — such a wonderful and kind person. We had some really great conversations with him, and his hospitality truly stood out. He was incredibly accommodating, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. What really made a difference was his helpful nature — he even suggested the best bus route from Negombo to Sigiriya, which made our travel planning so much easier and stress-free. Rajah genuinely prioritizes guest care and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. You can tell he hosts with heart. Highly recommend Brezzy Villa to anyone visiting Sri Lanka — not just for the stay, but for the people who make it special!

Only Wifi Connection is bad, too slow.

Property is 50 m from beach. You have a kitchen and laundry too.

There are only 3 rooms. One big and other two smaller.

Very beautiful nice place iam so happy highly recommended clean and very satisfied 😌 😀
