Big villa, good location, very friendly host.

Breezy Villa in Negombo was a delightful stay! The owner's warmth and friendliness made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. The welcoming atmosphere set the tone for a fantastic stay. The accommodations were comfortable, and the overall experience was fantastic

It was fine , simple, what you need accommodation, located a very short distance from the beach and Negombo town is easily accessible

Bathroom wasn’t very clean

Really pleasant and helpful owner. Location does not get any better than this. Heaps of wonderful restaurants around to choose from and just a 100 metre walk to the beach.

Radraja was a wonderful host, extremely kind and helpful. the staff very kindly stayed up until late to meet us after our flight was delayed and we didn’t arrive to the property until midnight. the room was comfortable enough with hot water and AC, but quite cramped for 2 people so best suited for a short visit. very close walk to the beach and restaurants, no need to get any transport. would stay again for a convenient pit stop on the way to/from the airport.

quite a compact room when you have a lot of luggage

Stayed for 2 weeks & rented whole house. The location Negombo - not ideal itself for long stays, in the area there is only restaurants & very dirty beach + every second person tries to sell you something. Good for short stays - 1 or 2 nights. No longer. Host were always ready to help - were able to provide us a BBQ grill upon request & even airport transfer! Friendly cat.

Cleanness of the apartment could have been improved. Stains on the walls from someone killing mosquitoes,dirty sofa in common space & not really clean kitchen. Next to apartment there was some building works going on, so it was loud every day - note, next to apartment there is a big hotel.
