Teuta Apartments

The view from the terrace was phenomenal.

The road to the apartment is too scary, at night when you drive you feel like from some horror movie. The car barely passes by how narrow the road is. If by chance someone comes from the other direction, one has to go back because the road is in 2 directions. Scared. The road is full of curves and a big hill. I scratched my car off the branchbecause I barely made it that way. The apartment was not clean. The glasses and dishes were dirty and it smelled from the bathroom to the sewers. I couldn't wait to get out of this apartment and this place. I don't have anything positive in this place. I just wanted to say that I'm a professional driver, so I barely made it this road to the apartment. If you want to damage your car, come here. It takes half an hour to get to the city on foot. The owner of this apartment is not friendly to the guests.

The view from the unit's balcony is absolutely phenomenal! The balcony size is perfect for two people. Both the bedroom and living room have air conditioning, ensuring a comfortable stay. The kitchen and bathroom are in good condition. The parking situation is surprisingly good, with 3-4 parking places on the 0 floor of the building and additional space available near the building. Overall, I am satisfied with the apartment.

There was an issue with bird poop on the balcony :D, also parts of the living room floor where not cleaned properly. This is not related to this apartment but to the whole city of Ulcinj , streets are very narrow car can barley pass but the traffic is in the both directions, so be prepared for driving skills challenge.

Somehow far from the center. Difficult to access with car, no indication or sign for the place. Instructions on how to reach the place after 8' could be more clear (road is closed to cars)
