The property had a great location! Very close to the beach and restaurants. It was very clean and comfortable.

Amazing breakfast and room are clean and close to the beach within a 1 min.

Only stayed 1 night but would recommend staying here. Very friendly & helpful family that run it. Arrived early and the room was ready. Following morning, stored our luggage since we had things to do before leaving Mirissa. Room was good. Breakfast was massive.

Very good location and room also beautiful

Its a very affordable & decent option to stay right near the beach. Well built and new rooms. Bed was spring mattress, which we didn't like.. everything else was amazing.

The road to this property is very narrow and small. Had that been better, this would have been a 4* property for sure.

They are a nice family and we asked for a kettle and recieved it promptly. Also, we got a tuktuk from here and the guy was very friendly.

It was just a room in an unfinished house so it was not exactly an inn but the family was nice, it just was not for us.
